Lady M Confections, East Rutherford

WHERE : American Dream, 1 American Dream Way, The Food Hall Court A, Level 2

WHEN : Opened in July

WHAT YOU’LL FIND THERE: Lady M Confections opened its first New Jersey boutique at American Dream. For the opening, Lady M, known for its Mille Crepes cake, partnered with Baccarat to create a luxurious, stand-out design for the boutique. The boutique will be open daily from 11 a. m. to 6 p. m. Shoppers can pick up an assortment of Lady M’s Mille Crêpes cakes, including the Signature Mille Crêpes. “Being part of United states Dream’s historic project, especially as Lady M’s much-anticipated first location in New Jersey, is such an honor, ” said Lady M CEO, Ken Romaniszyn.

MORE : Romaniszyn created Lady M Confections, a New York City brand in 2001 and now has over 50 boutiques worldwide. Their French pastries have a Japanese technique that makes treats sweet. Mille Crêpes is a cake that has at least 20 layers of soft cream and lacy French crêpes. Lady M’s matcha plus superfine flour come from Japan and its chocolate comes from France.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND THERE : With locations throughout the country, this all-inclusive facial bar is the first one in New Jersey. With its soothing soft colors, the salon offers all things face. WHAT YOU’LL FIND THERE : This new store is owned by childhood friends Chris Scheid from Morristown and Jim Brown from Sparta. “If it wasn’t for Evan, the decision to open a  Pet  Supplies  Plus  wouldn’t have happened, ” Scheid said. in a statement. “I now understand people’s love for their  pets. During COVID, so many families in the area adopted animals and I am excited to be able to provide products and services for our neighbors to care for, plus spoil their  pets like they deserve! ”Just as the name implies, you’ll find lots of pet supplies at this brand new pet shop located next to the Shoprite grocery store. The particular shop also offers grooming services and self-service pet wash.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND THERE: The bright colors and really cool barber chairs in the shape of race cars, fire trucks and police cars will be so distracting in order to young children they’ll forget they’re having their hair cut. Cool capes with action figures on them will help keep them busy while the scissors snip and buzzers buzz. The Just for Kids Cuts is a bit of a misnomer as they also offer services regarding older teens and adults.
