Larken lease brings pet grooming salon to Lopatcong shopping center – NJBIZ
A new service provider for your furry friend – who maybe could stand to be a little less furry – is taking up residence at Strykers Crossing Shopping Center in Warren County.
Elite Realtors of New Jersey represented the tenant in the transaction with Larken Associates, who was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Branchburg’s Larken Associates.
Strykers Crossing is a two-building neighborhood shopping center with 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with proximity to major roadways including Routes 22 and 57, and Interstate 78. According to Larken, its tenants are varied and community-oriented.
The property is located adjacent to several others from Larken, including two residential communities – the 198-unit Autumn Ridge and the 414-unit Warren Heights – in addition to a two-building medical and day care complex with 12,904 square feet.
Strykers Crossing’s location – where The Styling Pooch will establish a spa-like salon for pets – stood out to the tenant as a match due to its visibility and access to a range of surrounding residential communitys, Larken said.
“Lopatcong’s growing population and favorable demographics continue to make Strykers Crossing Shopping Center a preferred destination in the local area for a wide variety of retailers and service providers,” Marek said in a statement. “It’s our mission to successfully fill our properties with tenants that play an important role in providing the community with needed options and services, so we’re proud to welcome The Styling Pooch and can’t wait for them to open their doors.”
