KKR executed its investment in Ruichen Pet Hospital Group Co., Ltd., a Chinese pet hospital chain. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ruichen provides pet-focused medical services that include healthcare, laboratory diagnosis, grooming and pet products.

KKR is a leading global investment firm that manages multiple alternative asset classes, including private equity, energy, infrastructure, real estate and credit, with strategic partners that will manage hedge funds.
